Just completed my last workout of the year!  Two 1000-meter rows with 4 minutes rest…..as good of a workout as this was it’s safe to say I’m looking forward to getting back to more running next year.   Cheers to running many miles, crushing goals, and living healthy in 2014!

  1. I did a power hour Flywheel class followed by a 45 minute class. Overall, almost two hours of consistent spinning. Wooweee I was tired after! I wanted to end 2013 with a BANG!

      My first workout of 2014 was a run with my husband – just 2.5 miles since I’m still coming back from injury – but a run is a run, right?
